Graduate of Tokyo College of Music and comleted training institute of Tokyo Nikikai Opera Foundation, baritone singer Hirokazu Myochin has appeared at many venues including overseas. Since his youth, he won many prizes at major competition. He has wide repertoire from German lied to Japanese folk or popular songs. Especially, his interest is directed to songs by modern composers like Barber, Quilter, Argento and Schoenberg. As a soloist of Beethoven’s 9^th Symphony, Myochin has appeared in theaters in Japan and USA.
