Graduated from Tokyo University of Fine Arts and Music. 1992, accepted for the Rossini International Opera Concorso. Since then has developed his career as a successful international opera singer. On the other hand, has participated as the soloist in the "Ninth Symphony" and various concerts such as the hall opera "Don Carlo" at The Suntory Hall, Berlioz's "Requiem" with conductor Valery Gergiev and the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed at solo recital and has made regular appearances in “Yukai-na-concert” (“A Pleasant Concert”) of the NHK Educational TV.  He has sung the national anthem at international soccer games, and other activities such as the inauguration ceremony of the Olympic games.  His wide-range activities beyond the classical world has constantly attracted widespread attention.
